Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Account Executive to join our dynamic North American Retail Field Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for consistently achieving or exceeding retail sales goals and fostering business growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and exceed KPIs and financial objectives
- Utilize weekly business analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Generate sell-through via selling and training, and emulating and reinforcing brand image and culture
- Hire, train, develop, schedule, and oversee freelancers to support business growth
- Coordinate and identify store locations best suited for retail events to maximize profitability
- Conduct store and district trainings within the region, and perform one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis
- Drive growth by leveraging consumer and sales insights, analyzing sales data for growth opportunities, and partnering closely with your Regional Manager
- Adhere to company guidelines while maintaining and managing all relevant budgets and expenses
- Facilitate events, in-store selling, and develop customer relationships, and support logistics when necessary
- 5+ years of industry experience or a minimum of 2 years of Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years of Account Coordinator experience (or equivalent position)
- Strong administration skills are non-negotiable for this role
- Preferred experience working with Sephora/Ulta, or experience with large retail accounts or multiple retailers
- Familiarity with Google platforms, slides, docs, sheets, MS Word, and Excel
- Superior training and motivational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude, resilient in nature, and able to focus and work autonomously and be accountable for a given market
- Ability to analyze sales results, sales forecasts, and promotional impact, and manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills with customers, peers, and management, and ability to travel, work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license required, with a car and reliable transportation to and from work
