Field Services Account Manager

Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Services Account Manager to join our Environmental Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with high-value customers in your assigned territory to drive profitable Field Services revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities at existing customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer wallet share and market share
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Manage and control sales expenses to meet revenue objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in sales development and management
- Proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual quota attainment
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to influence and cultivate strong internal relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
