Job Title: Field Services Account Manager

Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Services Account Manager to join our Environmental Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with high-value customers in your assigned territory to drive profitable Field Services revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities at existing customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer wallet share and market share
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Manage and control sales expenses to meet revenue objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in sales development and management
  • Proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual quota attainment
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to influence and cultivate strong internal relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
