Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to play a vital role in delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a dynamic project setting.
This position is based onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Diagnose problems and provide prompt solutions to customers, ensuring a smooth service experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and software tools to effectively address customer queries.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify recurring issues and propose enhancements.
- Relay customer feedback to relevant departments to optimize service delivery and project results.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Reliable and capable of managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with various software tools and platforms, with a quick learning aptitude for new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma required; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
