Position Overview
As a Client Relations Associate at Shift Robotics, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service and support to our clientele regarding all inquiries and requirements related to our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
This diverse role encompasses:

  • Addressing client inquiries and providing solutions through various communication channels.
  • Managing product returns and coordinating repair services.
  • Overseeing shipping logistics and assisting B2B partners with their needs.

Provide timely and courteous assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Shift Robotics' products to deliver precise information to clients.

Support B2B clients with order management, product details, and account oversight.

Efficiently handle returns, warranty claims, and repairs, ensuring client satisfaction with resolutions.

Collaborate with the logistics team to manage shipping, tracking, and delivery updates for orders and warranty returns.

Keep organized records of client interactions and issues using our CRM system.

Identify patterns in client inquiries and provide insights to enhance product design, documentation, and overall client experience.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to assist in marketing initiatives, promotions, and product introductions.

Offer continuous feedback and suggestions to refine client support processes and protocols.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in client support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and a client-focused approach to service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • A willingness to learn about and contribute to our mission of enhancing urban mobility.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
  • Previous experience in the technology sector is advantageous.
