POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for the administration, upkeep, and communication regarding customer accounts of varying complexity. Key responsibilities include pricing, waste profiling, contract specifications, manifest management, scheduling, and resolving billing discrepancies to ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries and internal personnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Address customer inquiries related to waste disposal options, pricing structures, profiling, contractual agreements, and regulatory compliance with efficiency and professionalism.
2. Review incoming waste profile documentation for accuracy and direct it to the appropriate channels, ensuring proper disposal methods are approved and any discrepancies are resolved.
3. Input various data into the relevant systems, including profile details, approval statuses, and confirmation communications.
4. Manage calls regarding waste collection and scheduling, relaying pertinent information to the appropriate team members.
5. Examine billing documentation for correct coding and ensure that codes align with contracted pricing. Adjust pricing information in the system as necessary and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
6. Conduct outreach to established clients to offer additional services or reinforce existing relationships.
7. Collaborate with VES-TS personnel to clarify existing contract details, pricing options, and regulatory requirements to enhance service delivery for both clients and internal stakeholders.
8. Process requests for Certificates of Tracking (COT) and Certificates of Destruction (COD) within the designated area.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
