Position Overview:


As a Client Relations Escrow Specialist at Mortgage Connect, you will be instrumental in providing a warm welcome to visitors and clients, whether in person or via phone. This essential role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating closely with both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and visitors.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Welcome and assist all guests entering the office.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, including issuing visitor badges.
  • Sort and distribute all incoming mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative assistance to team members as needed.
  • Address inquiries from guests and employees.
  • Coordinate meetings, client appointments, and company events.
  • Assist in resolving facilities-related issues.
  • Conduct office tours when required.
  • Support in office closings as necessary.
  • Process disbursement transactions as needed.
  • Prepare, proofread, and send recordable documents to relevant authorities.
  • Manage outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in basic office software applications.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers.
  • Licensed as a Texas Escrow Officer is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a Texas Notary Commission.
