Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Vice President, Client Relations with expertise in web and digital solutions. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days a week, while allowing remote work for two days.


The Senior Vice President, Client Relations, plays a pivotal role in the agency's leadership, focusing on enhancing client partnerships and fostering business expansion.

This individual is proactive, data-driven, and adept at identifying new avenues to advance clients' objectives. In this capacity, they lead and inspire teams, transforming insights into actionable strategies that yield measurable results.


Recognized as a leader by both clients and internal teams, the Senior Vice President is skilled in establishing and independently nurturing new relationships.

They adopt a consultative growth approach, continuously gaining insights from their teams, clients, and the agency's broader capabilities to optimize outcomes.

Their proficiency in conveying complex concepts through clear and persuasive narratives is crucial in guiding clients and internal teams toward success.

Collaborates with clients to define, quantify, and communicate the impact of our partnership on their business.

Effectively nurtures our relationships with clients from onboarding through successful delivery, ultimately ensuring the continuation of our partnership (e.g., renewals, expansions, increased scope).


Guarantees a consistent client experience across various teams operating within the organization.

Engagement Models

Capably manages larger, singular relationships encompassing multiple service types, including both integrated and non-integrated workstreams.


Confidently addresses new complexities at scale and is well-equipped to handle significant escalations and critical moments.

Engages in multi-year relationships that achieve annual commitments of $4-$8 million or more.

Expert in prioritizing and identifying recommendations that will have the most significant impact on our clients' businesses.


Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives within proposals, scope expansions, or significant changes; proven track record of selling new initiatives we have identified.

Financial Acumen

Thorough understanding and ability to lead the complete financial lifecycle of deals.

Responsible for verifying and monitoring MSA-level terms to ensure ongoing compliance.
