The Client Relations Specialist serves as a vital link between QSA Global and its clientele.
This role involves overseeing customer orders, addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Success in this position requires a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing procedures, products, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing:
Accurately and efficiently manage customer orders utilizing the company's order processing system.
Monitor orders throughout the manufacturing cycle to guarantee timely delivery.
Promptly inform customers of any changes or delays in order status.
Customer Assistance:
Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Provide technical support and product details to clients.
Professionally manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work in close coordination with production, laboratories, shipping, and quality assurance departments to fulfill customer requirements.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address customer preferences and needs.
Oversee product inventory in collaboration with QSA Global Operations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain precise and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
Generate regular reports on customer feedback, order status, and service challenges.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process enhancements to boost customer satisfaction.
