Area Client Relations Executive

Job Title: Regional Business Development Executive at Basys
Basys, a leader in providing direct credit and debit card processing solutions, is seeking a Regional Business Development Executive to enhance our team. If you thrive on fostering strong client relationships and possess a background in sales and account management, this role may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze merchant statements to identify client requirements and promote suitable services.
- Engage potential clients through calls and face-to-face meetings to present our offerings.
- Market credit and debit card services along with processing equipment.
- Ensure timely submission of reports.
- Generate leads from diverse sources.
- Provide insights to clients regarding market trends.
- Review contracts for profitability assessments.
Additional Duties:
- Establish and nurture positive client relationships.
- Identify and communicate potential risks to management.
- Work to retain accounts that may be dissatisfied.
- Assist with marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years in sales and account management is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Experience in a service-oriented industry is beneficial.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
