The Technical Sales Specialist, under the guidance of the Technical Sales Manager, will serve as the primary point of contact for direct sales to clients and representatives across North America. The objective is to generate quotations for projects, machinery, and spare components for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales targets for machinery, systems, spare components, and service offerings.
  • Act as the main liaison for direct clients and external representatives in North America.
  • Develop and implement an annual action plan in collaboration with representatives across the region.
  • Maintain close communication with the Sales Manager or CEO regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Review and assess new machinery contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
  • Prepare both technical and commercial proposals for machinery and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards within the scope of responsibility.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the quality management system and its ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Specialists to share processes, applications, ideas, and experiences.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Science, Chemical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in agglomeration and briquetting/compaction is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a machinery manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred: Five years of experience in the mining sector.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to industrial settings as necessary.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong skills in engineering drawings.
  • International experience; additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
