Starting salary ranges from $110,550 to $147,675 annually, with potential annual incentive pay of up to 16% of base salary. Role Responsibilities:
This position is dedicated to serving our clientele in the Los Angeles area. Selected candidates must reside within this region.

This is a Remote-Field role, allowing you to work from home while utilizing a mobile office/vehicle for in-person meetings. Candidates may be required to operate outside their designated territory as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leaders are dedicated to guiding and developing our workforce to ensure optimal service delivery for our clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring adherence to all Auto Damage Service Programs (ADSP) within the designated area
  • Managing resources through effective scheduling and proactive service level monitoring
  • Analyzing trends and statistical data, generating reports, and offering recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identifying events impacting customer service and providing timely updates to team members
  • Leading the team towards achieving individual, team, department, and organizational objectives
  • Coordinating, conducting, evaluating, and providing insights on claim reports, claim file assessments, and surveys
  • Communicating and enforcing ADSP policies and procedures to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Engaging in verbal and written communication with associates, policyholders, claimants, auto repair personnel, attorneys, and regulators
  • Reviewing Estimatics work products and applying knowledge of Estimatics procedures and regulations to guide team members
  • Collaborating with others to support the reinspection of vendor and staff estimating outputs
  • Serving as a resource for standard claim processes and ensuring adherence to workflows
  • Communicating and implementing company policies, claim procedures, and legal requirements
  • May communicate reinspection results to various management levels using approved reporting metrics
  • May provide feedback to Claims Reinspectors to ensure a high-quality and consistent reinspection process
  • May assist in preparing the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Mentoring others, formally or informally
  • Typically working between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
  • May be required to work holidays and weekends
  • May be aligned with various inspection methods, which can be in-person or virtual
  • May need to obtain a Property and Casualty Adjuster's License in states where licensing is required
  • Inspection methods are subject to change.

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including:
    • A relentless focus on customer satisfaction in decision-making
    • A candid assessment of the environment and proactive problem-solving
    • The ability to inspire and energize teams towards common goals
  • Physical agility for tasks such as frequent lifting, carrying, and climbing ladders; ability to navigate roofs for inspections; ability to crawl in tight spaces
  • A valid driver's license is required

Work hours are regularly assessed and may change based on business needs. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed.

Employees must complete all required training, including applicable licensing exams, MVRs, and background checks as mandated by various states.
