The role of a Cashier Team Leader involves assisting the Front End Manager in overseeing and coordinating operations and activities at the Front End of the store.
A Cashier Team Leader is tasked with upholding a standard of outstanding customer service, ensuring that our Guests enjoy a positive experience, particularly during times when the Front End Manager is not available.
After demonstrating initiative, exceptional leadership qualities, and commitment in the workplace, a general cashier may express interest in advancing to the Cashier Team Leader position.
Advancements to the Cashier Team Leader role are awarded to those Team Members who have proven themselves to be highly effective in their positions and who exhibit a strong work ethic.
