Job Title: Customer Service Lead

Estimated Salary: $17.50-20.50/hour

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Lead to join our team at 4045 - BELTLINE - JOHNNY'S MARKETS. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Treat every customer with friendly, polite, and efficient service, setting the bar for customer service excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and train employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  • Operations Support: Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Employee Relations: Manage HR-related tasks, such as scheduling, time-off requests, and employee conflicts.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the store's presence and build relationships with local residents.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and leadership development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and frequently carry up to 10 lbs.
