Job Description:

In this role as a Social Media Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our consumers across various social media platforms. This includes proactively managing consumer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems and BI tools is also preferred. Additionally, proficiency in IT and social media platforms, along with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for success in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, life insurance, parental leave, a 401(k) match, and an open PTO program.
