About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to customer service representatives
* Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and feedback
* Identify and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of customer requests
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
* Minimum one year experience in customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with customer relationship management software
