We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Leadership Manager to join our team at J&H Family Stores. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading our store team to deliver outstanding results.

Job Description:
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet sales and financial goals
  • Maintain a strong customer service culture to maximize sales
  • Work as a Customer Service Representative and supervise CSR activities when needed
  • Responsible for controlling labor hours, cash, and shrinkage in the absence of the Store Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year management experience in retail or hospitality
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year
