About the Role

Grifols, S.A. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Sales Representative to join our team. As a Pulmonary Medicine Expert, you will be responsible for representing our plasma portfolio with regional and local healthcare systems, accounts, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Excellence/Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our plasma product portfolio and represent it with advanced comprehension of disease state knowledge and treatment approaches.
  • Business Acumen: Understand major fluctuations in the market and overall plasma economics of the system/institution, including GPOs, SPs, ADRs, membership, and specific account trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish credibility and trust with key targeted customers to become a valued strategic partner and trusted advisor providing customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Life Science or Business/Marketing.
  • Experience: 4 years of pharmaceutical or biological sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to perform market analysis presentations.
