Key Responsibilities:
Client Support Representatives are responsible for swiftly addressing any client issues to ensure optimal satisfaction. They must also keep abreast of product features and uphold the high quality and visual standards of the merchandise and store.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Deliver exceptional client service while consistently achieving the store's sales objectives.
- Engage with clients both in-person and via phone to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Establish and nurture productive trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tint and mix products according to client specifications.
- Restock shelves and arrange displays.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Support delivery efforts as required.
- Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
- Stay informed about the products available and discuss options with clients.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Propose strategies to enhance sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in Spanish.
- Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or client service role.
- Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
