Job Title: Sr Insurance Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Insurance Agent to join our team at Ted Todd Insurance. As a Sr Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services, staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive insurance quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, amendments, and claims processing.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve overall business objectives and provide seamless service to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Licensing: Valid insurance license required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
