Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build trust relationships with customers, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services, providing knowledgeable recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and setting up displays
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
