We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Blue Signal Search. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new client opportunities for our solutions and services within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans targeting financial institutions to secure new logo acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging company resources and tools to achieve sales quotas.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers and strategic influencers within prospective client organizations.
  • Accurately track and report all territory activities, sales pipeline, and opportunities using Salesforce.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and secure new business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software, systems, or managed services sales, with a proven track record in new business development.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently generating over $1M in new logo business annually.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
  • Extensive experience selling to financial institutions, with strong C-level relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and close deals.
