Job Summary

Pennsylvania Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Operations: Assist in the management of daily clinical operations, including scheduling, registration, and patient flow.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff, managers, and physicians to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to patient flow, scheduling, and registration in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Participate in the training and development of new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting, with a focus on clinical operations and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
