Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare (Preferred)
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in case management, care transitions, ambulatory care, skilled nursing, or home care (Required)
- At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role (Preferred)
Licenses/Certifications:
- PA Registered Nurse License (RN-LIC) (Required)
