Job Summary

Pennsylvania Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Operations: Assist in the management of daily clinical operations, including scheduling, registration, and patient flow.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure that patients receive a positive and personalized experience, from check-in to check-out.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff, managers, and physicians to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to patient flow, scheduling, and registration.
  • Training and Development: Participate in the training and development of new staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of medical office experience; advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
