Business Development Manager

BioTechnique is a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) providing sterile injectable full-service solutions for pharmaceutical companies. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and expansion of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or equivalent
  • 7-10+ years of experience in business development and sales within the pharmaceutical manufacturing/CDMO space
  • Extensive knowledge of cGMP and drug development processes
  • Proven success in effectively targeting opportunities for growth and prospecting and nurturing potential leads
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales goals
