Position Summary:
We are seeking a Site Assistant to become an integral part of our YOLA initiative. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the daily functions of our YOLA Sites, collaborating closely with the Program Manager and fellow team members. The Site Assistant will aid in organizing programming, managing student information, and liaising with families regarding events and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations, including adjustments to schedules and ensemble practices
  • Prepare necessary materials for programming and assist in the setup and teardown of venues
  • Oversee musicians, assist teaching artists, and maintain accurate student records
  • Help with data entry, inventory tracking, and family communications
  • Participate in meetings and complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines
  • Engage with stakeholders while upholding professionalism at all times
