Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Selectek. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for negotiating leases and managing site acquisition projects in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform candidate search and review local ordinances and zoning codes to determine site feasibility.
  • Attend customer site meetings and AT&T design meetings to ensure project alignment.
  • Co-manage projects with the SOCAL Project/Production Manager to ensure forecasting, reporting, and presentation alignment.
  • Handle high volumes of modification applications, leasing, and permitting.
  • Navigate industry top Tower Owner portals and process purchase orders, check requests, and necessary documents.
  • Take sites through permitting and zoning, if required.
  • Provide status updates for assigned sites per Market direction.
  • Coordinate with landowners and clients during lease negotiation to obtain fully executed leases or option agreements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of local Jurisdictional process, with a heavy emphasis on Los Angeles, San Diego, and surrounding areas.
  • Knowledge of telecom leasing procedures and processes.
  • Experience with new site builds and modification projects.
  • Knowledgeable in NSB, CRAN, MCA.
  • Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes for new builds and modification projects.
  • Experience with high-volume, fast-paced modification projects.
