Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to become a vital part of our team.

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their marketing careers and gain practical experience in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist our marketing initiatives through various tasks while delivering high-level administrative support to the ongoing marketing activities of the Tenstreet Marketing team.

Additionally, this role will involve creating and maintaining materials necessary for both internal communications and external marketing strategies.

This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring some in-office presence for interviews, onboarding, seasonal events, and monthly company meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to the marketing team, ensuring the success of diverse marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing team members to coordinate tasks and assist in achieving departmental objectives.
- Manage the monthly marketing calendar, which includes website updates, webinars, blog releases, social media announcements, conferences, and email communications.
- Assist with various writing and editing tasks, including email campaigns, blog posts, user guides, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain and organize Tenstreet's marketing collateral library, ensuring team members have access to the latest product information.
- Moderate app reviews and website comments, directing them to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and training webinars.
- Work closely with Sales Operations to aid in inbound lead management and tracking efforts.
- Attend weekly meetings with Sales and Advisory teams to serve as a liaison for marketing, facilitating bi-directional communication.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries from clients and colleagues, including educating new employees on accessing marketing resources.
- Coordinate communications and project management to ensure task completion.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and solutions to support team initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on various ad hoc assignments.
