Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development:
    • Develop innovative collection ideas based on market trends and analysis.
    • Create comprehensive product guides for each season, including product names, color palettes, and categories.
    • Collect and organize all product assets and content.
    • Conduct regular product meetings with our team to ensure alignment and progress.
    • Coordinate with showrooms and designers to integrate and promote our products effectively.
  • Marketing:
    • Manage and update our marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.
    • Oversee the distribution of product images and orders for all new collections.
    • Coordinate photoshoots, including product procurement, budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing materials, including product stories and brand graphics.
    • Analyze HubSpot reports for blog and email performance.
    • Work closely with our IT team to ensure accurate and timely website updates, including creating web projects and facilitating communication between our project manager and marketing team.
  • Sales:
    • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of all marketing materials needed for sales meetings, sales representatives, showrooms, and other sales-related needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand coordination, product development, or marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
