About the Position

Mays Housecall Home Health has a rich history of over 30 years in the industry, being the largest home health provider in Oklahoma, with additional offices in Texas and Kansas.

We are currently in search of a Physician Liaison in the Oklahoma City area.
Join our dedicated team of professionals.

The Physician Liaison is a vital member of the homecare team responsible for managing both internal and external physician relationships. This role encompasses strategic marketing initiatives, program planning, and public relations communications. It facilitates client development through marketing and client service programs.

What's Required

• A minimum of two years' experience in a sales or marketing capacity.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

• A collaborative team player who adheres to established professional standards and principles.

• Willingness to travel up to a 75-mile radius from the home office regularly (further travel may be necessary).

• Valid driver's license with an insured vehicle that meets agency requirements and is in good working condition.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Windows-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or Communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance referral volume and improve client satisfaction.

• Cultivate relationships with designated referral partners.

• Educate and promote home care services to referring physicians and their office staff.

• Assist in establishing and maintaining annual marketing strategies and objectives.

• Develop and manage a marketing database that includes patient and physician referral information.

• Support agency participation in various medical networks, coordinating business development and marketing activities.

• Organize and implement patient relations initiatives.
