Business Development Coordinator

Overview:

The Business Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic brand initiatives while collaborating with product development, marketing, and sales teams. This position is essential in ensuring that collections, content, and customer engagement are effectively aligned with market demands. The role involves close collaboration with the Brand Creative Director to foster innovative concepts and address customer challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop collection concepts informed by market research and analysis.
  • Prepare detailed PDFs for each season's offerings, including pattern names, color palettes, and product classifications.
  • Gather and systematize all assets related to collections and content.
  • Facilitate monthly content meetings with the team to ensure alignment and track progress.
  • Collaborate with showhouses and designers to effectively integrate and promote collections.
  • Oversee and update the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Manage the distribution of images and orders for new product lines.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and work alongside graphic designers for marketing collateral.
  • Collect and evaluate reports on blog and email performance metrics.
  • Partner with IT to ensure the accuracy of website landing pages and digital projects.
  • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of marketing materials for sales support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand coordination, product development, or marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
