Position Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions from the Team Lead.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leads and Group Leaders to ensure timely order readiness.
  • Execute various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and storing parts, materials, and products.
  • Keep track of the Shipping Schedule and report any modifications.
  • Confirm that the plants submit the Shipping Program by the designated time.
  • Ensure daily submission of documents to the front office clerk.
  • Report any discrepancies in the program to the relevant plant.
  • Notify the appropriate plant of any damaged materials or discrepancies in inbound shipments.
  • Guarantee that customer shipments are loaded promptly to meet scheduled delivery windows.
  • Ensure that Post Goods are processed through the system.
  • Maintain an updated Shipping Board on the monitor.
  • Keep a daily Issue Log.
  • Participate regularly in assigned special tasks, such as 6S initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for personal work.
  • Maintain a constant safety mindset to prevent injuries to others due to inherent hazards.
Workplace & Physical Requirements
  • Daily application of basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, along with the interpretation of formulas, charts, tables, and reports.
  • Employ safe lifting techniques while handling products weighing up to 50 pounds in challenging positions.
  • Engage in frequent and repetitive lifting.
  • Work directly with chemicals and face exposure to them.
  • Climb ladders regularly.
  • Operate loud machinery.
  • Handle heavy equipment and tools.
  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and weekend shifts on a rotating basis after training.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and warehouse operations.
  • Proficient computer skills and keyboard usage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks, such as Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, or Sit Down.
  • At least two years of experience with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, whether in repetitive or varied tasks.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Compensation:

The U.S. base pay for this full-time position is $19.56 per hour. Individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and job location.
