Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Shipping and Receiving Operations: Oversee the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Manage Warehouse Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Communicate with Team Members and Stakeholders: Collaborate with team leads, group leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor Shipping Schedules: Track and manage shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods and minimize delays.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and industry standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1-3 Years of Relevant Supply Chain Experience: Required.
  • Good Computer Skills and Keyboard Proficiency: Required.
  • Valid Forklift Operator Certification: Preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience with MS Office Software Suite: Preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent lifting and repetitive lifting, direct work with chemicals, and exposure to chemicals. The ability to work 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with the ability to work overtime as needed, and weekends on a rotating schedule is required.
