Job Summary

Blue Bird is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our Organizational Development and Learning initiatives. As a trusted advisor to our business leaders, you will be responsible for delivering HR strategy and execution to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR programs to support business objectives
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to support HR initiatives, including change management, leader effectiveness, and employee engagement
  • Provide guidance and counsel to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address improvement opportunities in areas such as communication, teamwork, and recognition
  • Develop and execute strategies to address improvement opportunities and drive business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with 3+ years of experience in Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Program Management, or Learning
  • Experience delivering programs in an industrial manufacturing setting
