Director of Human Resources

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources to lead and manage our human resource professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities related to human resources activities for all Noble entities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of ten years' experience in leading and managing human resource professionals. A Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for creating, administering, and tracking the outcome of annual leadership development to ensure alignment with overall company/employee development expectations. They will also be responsible for creating and overseeing annual succession planning for all identified key positions within the company.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with department managers and other stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of human resources policies and procedures, with the ability to analyze and interpret common financial reports and legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate human resources activities for all Noble entities
- Create, administer, and track annual leadership development programs
- Develop and oversee annual succession planning for key positions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to personnel matters
- Administer changes in personnel policies and procedures
- Work with department managers to assist with personnel matters
- Design, develop, implement, and monitor benefits policies, practices, and programs
- Work with third-party providers to ensure Noble receives the best value for its investment
- Perform or direct staff in the administration of insurance policies
- Coordinate employment activities, including new hire orientation
- Receive and act on employee complaints or grievances
- Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans
- Write and communicate directives advising department managers of company policy
- Consult with legal counsel to ensure compliance with federal and state law
- Compile HR reports for various audiences
- Administer employee records and ensure legal compliance
- Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies
- Write and deliver presentations to corporate officers or government officials
- Coordinate and/or conduct exit interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field
- Minimum of ten years' experience in leading and managing human resource professionals
- Master's degree preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
