Key Responsibilities:

The Director of Human Resources will lead and coordinate human resources activities for all Noble entities. This includes leadership development, employee succession planning, HR KPI development and management, employee recruitment, compensation analysis, benefits, employee relations, general HR administration, and other related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual leadership development programs to ensure alignment with company/employee development expectations.

• Create and oversee succession planning for key positions within the company.

• Ensure company compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to personnel matters.

• Administer changes in personnel policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance.

• Collaborate with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.

• Design, develop, implement, and monitor benefits policies, practices, and programs.

• Work with third-party providers to ensure Noble receives the best value for its investment.

• Perform or direct staff in the administration of insurance policies.

• Coordinate employment activities such as new hire orientation.

• Receive and act on employee complaints or grievances.

• Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans.

• Write and communicate directives advising department managers of company policy.

• Consult with legal counsel to ensure HR policies comply with federal and state law.

• Compile HR reports for various audiences.

• Administer employee records and ensure legal compliance.

• Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies.

• Write and deliver presentations to corporate officers or government officials.

• Coordinate and/or conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Director of Human Resources will directly supervise 0 to 6 employees in the Human Resource Department, which can reside in multiple locations. They will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, conflict resolution, and general training of employees.

Requirements:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Utilizes recruitment sources; exhibits sound interviewing skills.

• Safety and Security: Observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines.

Education and/or Experience:

The Director of Human Resources should have a Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field and a minimum of ten years' experience in leading and managing human resource professionals. A Master's degree is preferred.

Language Skills:

The Director of Human Resources should be able to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents. They should also be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: PHR or SPHR is preferred.

Travel: Occasional travel to various Noble locations can occur throughout the year to support HR staff and local management.
