Summary of Responsibilities:

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to lead and manage human resource professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Leading and managing a team of HR professionals
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Coordinating employee recruitment and selection processes
  • Developing and implementing employee retention strategies
  • Providing guidance and support to management on HR-related matters
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating employee relations and conflict resolution

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess the following qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

· Master's degree preferred

· Minimum of ten years' experience in leading and managing human resource professionals

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports, and legal documents

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community

Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format

Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: PHR or SPHR preferred

Travel:

Occasional travel to various Noble locations can occur throughout the year to support HR staff and local management
