Director of Human Resources Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our Administration team at the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology, Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership on long-range planning and make recommendations on HR initiatives, systems, policies, and programs.
  • Develop and deliver presentations at monthly Board of Directors and leadership meetings.
  • Supervise HR Generalist and Credentialing Specialist.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; master's degree and HRCI or CHHR certification desirable.
  • Seven to ten years of strategic HR leadership experience in a healthcare organization, preferably in a private practice environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, demonstrated leadership competencies, and solid presentation skills.
  • Strong business acuity, ability to empower and develop people, and exercise high degree of initiative, discretion, and decision-making.
