Janitorial Services Coordinator

Harvard University is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our academic and non-academic spaces.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and safety and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing situations.
This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00pm-11:00pm. The hourly rate for this role is $27.18-$27.84 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide high-quality cleaning services to our academic and non-academic spaces.
- Maintain assigned areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are used safely and efficiently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the cleaning industry.
- Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
