Job Summary

Harvard University is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our academic and non-academic spaces.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and safety and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing situations.

This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00pm-11:00pm. The hourly rate for this role is $27.18-$27.84 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality cleaning services to our academic and non-academic spaces.
  • Maintain assigned areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
  • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are used safely and efficiently.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Commitment to quality and safety.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
