Service Excellence Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Excellence Coordinator to join our team at LGC Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to customer service inquiries, and orders in a timely and thorough manner
* Assist in shipping of products when needed
* Complete assigned projects as needed
* Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
* College degree preferred or previous customer relations experience
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
