Job Summary

This role plays a vital part in the Commercial Lending team's success by ensuring seamless execution of tasks, maintaining accurate records, and delivering top-notch customer experiences. You will work closely with colleagues, vendors, and clients to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver administrative support to the Commercial Lending team, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.
  2. Verify loan applications, ensure accuracy, and verify documentation, collaborating with colleagues as needed.
  3. Prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings to management.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements when handling sensitive information.
  5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing change.

Skills and Qualifications

We look for an individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills, along with experience in a related field. A high school diploma and 2+ years of office experience are essential. Familiarity with MS Office, DNA, Salesforce, Nautilus, or equivalent systems is desirable.
