Job Summary
This role plays a vital part in the Commercial Lending team's success by ensuring seamless execution of tasks, maintaining accurate records, and delivering top-notch customer experiences. You will work closely with colleagues, vendors, and clients to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative support to the Commercial Lending team, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Verify loan applications, ensure accuracy, and verify documentation, collaborating with colleagues as needed.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements when handling sensitive information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing change.
Skills and Qualifications
We look for an individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills, along with experience in a related field. A high school diploma and 2+ years of office experience are essential. Familiarity with MS Office, DNA, Salesforce, Nautilus, or equivalent systems is desirable.
