Executive Chef Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in the foodservice industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the success of our culinary and food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Full culinary management of food service operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
- Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) accountability and contract-managed service experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management, with a focus on sourcing and applying local food products.
- Possesses a passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Must have a strong understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining settings, or restaurants with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
- Knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Experience with exposition cooking and knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is highly desirable.
- ServSafe certified is a plus.
