Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality meals in accordance with Sunrise's culinary programs and standards.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food and supply inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Financial Management: Manage the kitchen budget to ensure that expenses are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.

Requirements:
