Job Overview

HUB Parking Technology is a leading provider of innovative parking solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to join our team.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing a team of maintenance contract managers and other assigned associates. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of operations management experience and 15+ years of overall business experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage, coach, and develop a group of maintenance contract managers and other assigned associates.
  • Culture Development: Build a strong culture of accountable and customer-centric teams.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to the customer management level associates supporting their professional growth.
  • Process Improvement: Implement new processes and procedures as part of continuous improvement and identify new opportunities aligned with AOP.
  • Associate Recognition: Ensure regions, teams, and associates are recognized for outstanding contributions.

Financial Management:

  • Profit and Loss Review: Monitor, review, and analyze region/area service profit and loss performance.
  • Service Delivery: Monitor service delivery for annual service contract revenue for assigned regions.
  • Labor Cost Management: Work directly with RSMs on overtime, direct labor costs, T&M activities, and inventories to meet goals of Field Service and Corporation.
  • New Contract Sales: Work in coordination with Project Installation Dept and Sales Dept to sell new maintenance contracts with the objective of increasing them YOY.

Customer Service and Escalations:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Build a strong relationship with maintenance contract customers to allow for retention and growth.
  • Account Strategies: Participate with Area sales, service, systems, and professional services groups to develop account strategies and action plans to contribute to the overall success of region performance goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor, review, and analyze regional customer satisfaction levels. Provide input for adjustments and/or improvements and assure compliance.
  • Escalation Management: Interface with key national and regional customers as needed for escalations and/or service-related meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: BA in Business Management preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of operations management experience and 15+ years of overall business experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Profit and Loss financial sheet and industry experience is essential.
