Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Content Strategy Lead to play a crucial role in transforming the online dating landscape. This position is an exceptional opportunity to influence content design across various user interfaces, directly impacting user engagement during a time of rapid expansion. You will collaborate with a vibrant team of product managers, designers, researchers, and branding experts to shape how we interact with our users.

Key Responsibilities Clarify and Convey: Simplify complex ideas into straightforward in-app messaging (including UI, monetization features, AI-driven interactions, alerts, and error messages). Establish Content Protocols: Create and uphold in-app content strategies and tone-of-voice guidelines for cross-departmental application. Evaluate and Enhance: Regularly assess and refine content designs using user insights and data analytics. Lead Initiatives: Manage diverse product design projects, ensuring effective collaboration with product management, design, operations, research, marketing, and engineering teams. Encourage Teamwork: Work closely with product managers, designers, operations, researchers, marketing, and engineering to drive projects from concept to completion in a hands-on manner. Address Challenges: Apply design thinking to resolve intricate issues with user-centered solutions and brand-consistent storytelling. Develop Best Practices: Create, maintain, and evolve in-app content standards in collaboration with product, brand, and marketing teams. Exhibit Empathy: You should be a strategic thinker and an exceptional writer, demonstrating a high emotional intelligence in your approach. The voice of our brand is clear, concise, and functional, yet it emanates from a place of genuine understanding for those navigating the complexities of modern dating. Qualifications Extensive Experience: 7+ years of experience in crafting impactful copy and content strategies within digital product companies, agencies, or tech startups, with a robust portfolio showcasing UX writing and digital storytelling. Global Perspective: Proficiency in creating content for diverse, international audiences, tailoring messaging to cultural contexts. Mobile Expertise: Experience in developing content for user-facing mobile applications, engaging users through succinct and powerful messaging. Strategic Planning: Ability to strategically outline content roadmaps and formulate testing plans to enhance content strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaboration Skills: Familiarity with essential design and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Suite, Figma, Notion) and effective teamwork in multidisciplinary settings. Leadership Qualities: Strong presentation abilities, capable of articulating content decisions and advocating for choices that elevate product value and user engagement.
