About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager for Event Content Strategy is a pivotal position within the Global Content & Creative Studio team, part of our brand marketing organization. This role is essential in crafting outstanding creative and content experiences that empower advertisers to enhance their brand presence through Amazon Ads.
Your Responsibilities
As a key player in this cross-functional role, you will:
- Lead the comprehensive creation and execution of engaging content aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
- Effectively communicate strategies to internal stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure alignment on messaging.
- Identify content requirements and oversee the entire content development process for global events, from inception to post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with content owners to establish deliverables and timelines, clearly communicating expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work alongside product development teams, designers, and industry specialists to generate relevant content that meets the needs of both internal and external audiences.
- Maintain a deep understanding of brand and product positioning to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A proven track record in building and executing cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience in utilizing data and metrics to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.

Compensation
Our compensation reflects the labor market across various US regions. The base salary for this role ranges from $108,400 to $185,000, depending on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
