Position Summary

We are seeking a Content Strategy Manager who is passionate about leveraging media for social impact. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of brand storytelling and audience engagement through innovative content. You will collaborate with our client partnerships and editorial teams to ensure that our content not only resonates with our audience but also aligns with our partners' goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring each piece is engaging and aligns with brand objectives.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of writers and creatives, maintaining high standards of content quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute content campaigns that drive audience growth and revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to keep our content relevant and impactful.

Specific Duties Include

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative content campaigns in partnership with brands and non-profits.
  • Lead the development of editorial products that drive revenue, initiated by department leadership.
  • Monitor the values-driven marketing landscape to inform content strategies.
  • Establish an organic content strategy that supports branded initiatives and aligns with corporate social responsibility goals.
  • Ensure all content meets the standards and voice of Impact Digital Group, INC while fulfilling client objectives.
  • Manage multiple content projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to create proactive content that prepares audiences for future initiatives.
  • Work with the Content Team to develop and execute innovative video campaigns that align with strategic brand goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or related fields, particularly in branded content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a talent for storytelling.
  • Experience managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of how branded content can drive both business and social impact.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
