Overview

The Digital Content Strategy Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the marketing and owned channels division, focusing on the management of all content-related activities for Revlon's global social and digital platforms. This position directly supports the Senior Manager of Social Engagement and is essential in enhancing customer interaction across digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of social content calendars and campaign rollouts across various platforms.
  • Responsible for the publishing and scheduling of content on brand-owned social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to ensure seamless content management across channels, meeting operational requirements for the Revlon Masterbrand in all global markets.
  • Work alongside the Manager to drive the global content strategy, addressing content needs for various platforms including e-commerce, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Coordinate with the influencer and PR teams to align campaigns and schedules for internal and external content creation.
  • Manage the creation and organization of content calendars across all social accounts, focusing on both short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
  • Assist in tracking the status of content production against established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal agency teams to ensure timely content delivery and act as the primary contact for external agencies when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication with markets and stakeholders regarding content organization.
  • Lead the collection and dissemination of platform best practices and updates, fostering innovation by exploring new platforms and functionalities.
  • Engage with Community Managers to identify and capitalize on real-time trends and audience opportunities, rapidly producing relevant content.
  • Analyze competitive content and trends to inform future content creation strategies within the Revlon Masterbrand.
  • Work with the community management team to source and schedule user-generated content (UGC) to meet overarching calendar requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Journalism preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or within an advertising agency.
  • Familiarity with content planning and production is advantageous.
  • Experience across various content channels, including traditional and digital media, is a plus.
