The Clinical Supervisor, specifically for our ABA services, plays a pivotal role in leading a designated site. This position entails providing clinical guidance, training, and support, while also managing a caseload of clients both on-site and remotely under the supervision of the Lead Clinic BCBA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the values and culture of Family Behavior Solutions consistently within the clinic.
  • Oversee all clients present at the designated center.
  • Maintain availability on the floor during scheduled shifts, except when engaged in meetings or emergencies.
  • Facilitate communication among all members of the Treatment Team regarding client-specific details, including program adjustments, parent communications, and staff training.
  • Provide continuous support for clients' behavioral requirements.
  • Supervise and offer constructive feedback to all paraprofessionals during clinic hours.
  • Step in for one-on-one client interactions when staff is unavailable.
  • Ensure adherence to Behavior Plans throughout the week.
  • Observe Discrete Trial Training (DTT) sessions and provide necessary training and feedback.
  • Confirm that staff are consistently collecting data and have appropriate data sheets accessible.
  • Communicate any issues, concerns, or feedback to other Supervisors and the Site Coordinator via appropriate channels.
  • Report all clinical concerns to the Lead BCBA.
  • Assist with covering breaks as required.
  • Welcome parents and children during drop-off and dismissal, addressing any concerns or updates regarding the day.
  • Support with toileting needs as necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness of the clinic.
  • Communicate supply requirements to the designated team member.
  • Participate in Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) consult meetings when requested.
  • Direct all clinical decisions during scheduled shifts, collaborating with other BCBAs under the guidance of the Lead BCBA.
  • Be responsible for training new paraprofessionals on programs, behaviors, and ABA methodologies.
  • Assist the Site Coordinator in managing crises and emergencies during assigned shifts.
  • Engage in bi-weekly meetings with the Lead BCBA.
  • Organize monthly team meetings focused on each client's case.
  • Oversee documentation related to behavioral crises during scheduled shifts.
  • Train the Site Coordinator on caseload programs and interventions to enhance team support.
  • Update and distribute clinic documentation as required.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations for clinic-based staff as directed.
  • Facilitate the creation and execution of training sessions for staff.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities associated with the Clinical Supervisor role as outlined in the job description.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinical Director.
