Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Paraprofessional to join our team at Family Behavior Solutions. As a School-Based ABA Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in providing individualized ABA services to children in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Services: Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized treatment plans, promoting positive behavior and skill development.
  • Collaborate with Educational Team: Work closely with teachers, clinicians, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of ABA services into the child's educational plan.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Gather and track data on child progress, providing valuable insights for treatment planning and goal achievement.
  • Develop and Implement Therapeutic Materials: Create individualized or group therapeutic and educational materials to support child learning and development.
  • Attend Trainings and Meetings: Participate in relevant trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Experience Working with Children: 1+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; RBT Certification or willingness to become certified.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
  • Background Check: Successful passing of background check.
